A not-for-profit organization in the UK is looking for a Senior Asset Surveyor to oversee the Bristol and Swindon areas. In this role, you will manage contractors, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and produce performance reports. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Surveying and relevant experience in a similar role. A competitive salary and attractive benefits package are offered.
£48,753 - £51,319 per year plus Company Car or Car Allowance
40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 17:00pm
We are seeking a Senior Asset Surveyor to join our team covering Bristol and Swindon areas. The role will involve managing a team of Asset Surveyors, monitoring works progress and post inspections as well as liaising with external contractors.
