Macdonald & Company are pleased to have been retained by Wykeland, in the search for an experienced Property Asset Manager (or Senior Asset Manager) for the Retail and Leisure element of their portfolio.

Wykeland are a leading regional developer known for transforming spaces across Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, and the Humber. From creative refurbishments to large-scale developments, the deliver environments where people and businesses thrive. With over 2 million sq.ft under management and a £1bn development pipeline, they are now seeking a talented Property professional to join our team.

The Role

The successful applicant will take responsibility for the retail and leisure assets, working across leasing, financial performance, and strategic planning. This role is central to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving value across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead asset management strategy across the retail/leisure estate
  • Manage leasing, refurbishments, voids, and reconfigurations
  • Monitor financial performance and support capital decisions
  • Engage proactively with tenants and key internal/external stakeholders
  • Contribute to reporting, board updates, and new opportunity appraisals

About you

  • Knowledge of landlord/tenant legislation
  • Confident communicator and skilled negotiator
  • UK driving licence

This role is Hull based, with travel to site when required.

Salary & package will reflect experience and qualifications.
