Job summary

A leading property management company is seeking a Senior Asset Manager to manage high-risk building assets across London and the South East. This role involves developing management plans, ensuring compliance with regulations, and reporting on asset performance. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of management experience in a complex residential property portfolio, a good understanding of the Building Safety Act, and strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders. A degree and TPI/RICS qualification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years management experience with a complex residential property portfolio.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement asset management plans for HRB assets.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, especially the BSA.
• Produce regular asset management reports including financial summaries.

Skills

Managing mixed-use and complex residential portfolios

Understanding of the Building Safety Act 2022

Excellent communication skills

Good IT skills

Education

Degree level or equivalent
