Job summary

The Boden Group is seeking an experienced Senior Asset Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead a national asset portfolio. The role requires central UK-based presence with extensive UK travel to sites from Cornwall to Newcastle.

You will oversee two Asset Surveyors, drive asset information accuracy, and work closely with stakeholders to improve processes and deliver increased workload efficiently.

Are you an experienced Asset Manager who can hit the ground running? A leading organisation within the Defence Services sector is seeking a Senior Asset Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract due to increased workload.

This is a highly mobile role, so candidates must be centrally based and genuinely comfortable travelling extensively across the UK.

The Role

As The Senior Asset Manager, You’ll

• Lead and work alongside two Asset Surveyors.
• Manage asset activity across a large national portfolio.
• Travel to sites from Cornwall to Newcastle depending on business requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure accurate and effective asset management.
• Maintain high standards of compliance and asset information.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.

• A central UK base that enables effective travel across the portfolio. Please note: UK-wide travel is a fundamental requirement of this position. While you won't be continuously working away from home, you must be willing and able to travel wherever the portfolio requires.
