Job summary

Macdonald & Company is seeking a senior estate leader to oversee a diverse UK portfolio, with emphasis on acquisitions, disposals and lease strategy. You’ll influence asset management, refurbishment, development and capital investment, and work closely with senior stakeholders to shape the estate’s future direction.

This is a opportunity for a role within a portfolio with significant investment and development.

You’ll take a senior role across a diverse UK estate, influencing everything from acquisitions, disposals and lease strategy through to asset management, refurbishment, development and capital investment.

More importantly, you’ll have genuine ownership. This isn’t simply a role managing property instructions, you’ll be working closely with senior stakeholders and helping shape what the estate looks like for the future.
