You will lead cross-functional teams across investment, legal, compliance, and distribution, translating complex asset-backed capabilities into scalable offerings aligned with institutional and wealth channels, and you will own go-to-market execution and lifecycle management.

• Experience leading end-to-end asset-backed finance product development.
