Job description

A Senior Artworker is needed to join Totality GCS, a dynamic, fast-growing packaging artwork and pre-press agency specialising in the FMCG sector. If you're a confident, self-starting professional with technical flair and a passion for precision, this is a fantastic opportunity to work on global personal care brands, using your initiative to make your mark on high profile projects.

Totality GCS works with some of the worlds best-known names in FMCG, delivering technical artwork, reprographics and packaging solutions that combine speed, accuracy and creative integrity. From concept to print, they manage complex packaging lifecycles for brands such as Unilever and Elida, providing both speed-to-shelf delivery and long-term value.

As a Senior Artworker, you'll play a key role in the end-to-end delivery of packaging projects, producing accurate, print-ready artwork for a range of SKUs across multiple brands. You'll be fluent in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and comfortable navigating complex brand guidelines and technical requirements with an assured touch.

You'll thrive in this role if you're motivated, detail-driven, and comfortable hitting the ground running. This is not a junior or training-level position, you'll be expected to own your workload and make confident decisions within a supportive, expert team. This is a permanent role however there is a large amount of opportunity on offer, therefore we also welcome applications from freelancers seeking additional project work.

Key Requirements: You should be an Artworker / Senior Artworker / Freelance Artworker or similar with a CV that demonstrates

• Proven experience delivering packaging artwork within the FMCG or retail sector
• Full fluency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• A meticulous approach to detail, colour accuracy, layout and typography
• Familiarity with packaging print processes, repro standards, and brand guidelines
• The ability to manage your own projects and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Experience with ArtPro, Illustrator Repro, or 3D packaging software (desirable but not essential)
