Job Description:

Who we’re looking for

We’re seeking a Senior Artworker who understands the finer details, gets under the skin of a design, and can confidently execute the vision. Your skills will encompass various print and digital outputs, including annual reports, brand collateral, and campaign communications.

You should demonstrate your skills through a portfolio showcasing your best work and range of abilities.

What we’d like to see

  • Ability to understand a design system and vision to deliver projects to the highest standards.
  • Strong eye for detail in typography, layout, and graphics, with experience in creating brand guideline-compliant artwork.
  • Methodical and accurate work under pressure, with initiative to push projects forward.
  • Reliability and ability to take direction from the Production Manager, Designers, and Account Directors.
  • Positive attitude and good time management skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects.
  • Previous work on Annual Reports, familiarity with financial tables and data-driven graphs.
  • Technical skills in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and working knowledge of Wdesk; training available. Knowledge of other software like CtrlPrint is a plus.

You will be part of a wider Design and Production team, working closely with Account Directors and Designers.

Currently, flexible working is in place, with at least three days in the studio expected.
