Job Description:

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a Senior Artworker who understands the finer details, gets under the skin of a design, and can roll out the vision with confidence. Your skills will span a variety of print and digital outputs from annual reporting to brand collateral and campaign comms.

You will demonstrate your skills through a portfolio of work showcasing your best work and range of abilities.

What we’d like to see

  • Someone who can understand a design system and the design vision to deliver projects to completion to the highest standard and craft.
  • Demonstrates an eye for detail in typography, layout and graphics, understanding and creating brand guidelines compliant artwork.
  • Works methodically and accurately at pace and under pressure. Takes the initiative to push projects forward and seek advice and input when needed.
  • A reliable support, taking direction from the Production Manager, Designers and Account Directors.
  • Can-do and positive attitude.
  • Great time management.
  • Can oversee multiple projects.
  • Has previously worked on Annual Reports, familiar with building financial tables and working with data driven graphs.
  • Has the essential technical skills in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft Office, plus working knowledge of Wdesk although training can be provided. Other software knowledge is a plus and there is opportunity to learn additional software platforms in the role such as CtrlPrint.

Where you fit in

You will be part of a wider Design and Production team, working closely with Account Directors and Designers.

We offer a friendly, collaborative and supportive environment. We like our people to be proactive, professional and motivated – they all work their socks off to get the best results and we’re proud of that.

Salary is dependent on experience. After a six month probation period, we offer generous individual benefits; pension scheme, yearly company related bonus, medical insurance, free optician appointments, childcare vouchers, season ticket loans, lunchtime learning sessions and regular social events.

At the moment there is flexible working but with the expectation that at least 3 days is spent in the studio.

We also have a well stocked café and ‘Thirsty Thursdays’ for social drinks with the team and many other social activities.

If you want to work for an ambitious, international and fast-paced company that is home to some of the finest creative brains, then what are you waiting for?

In addition to life assurance, group income protection, and employer pension contribution, we offer:

  • Annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
  • 25 days’ annual leave entitlement (excluding bank holidays) plus an additional day of leave for your birthday.
  • Private Medical Insurance via Bupa for yourself and your dependants, including access to a digital GP service, Bupa Menopause plan and Bupa anytime Healthline.
  • Family Leave policies - Maternity, Paternity, Shared Parental & Adoption.
  • Employee Assistance Programme.
  • Financial wellbeing benefit schemes – Season Ticket Loan, Tenancy Deposit Loan and Cycle to Work.
  • Eye Care – annual eye examination and contribution towards glasses.
  • Corporate Gym Memberships at discounted rates for local gyms.
  • External Partnerships – offers and priority booking through the National Theatre.
  • Complimentary artisan coffee, tea and snacks, served by our own barista in our café.
  • Daily breakfast and lunch served twice a week in our café.
  • Lunch & Learn training sessions.
  • Regular social, cultural and charitable activities.
