Job summary

Langland, a Publicis Health company, is hiring a Senior Art Director to shape meaningful healthcare experiences across channels. You will blend strategic thinking with exceptional craft, guiding projects that support trial participants, site staff, healthcare professionals, and broader audiences.

Within Langland’s Clinical Trial Experience team, collaborate with creatives, strategists, client partners and specialists to deliver impactful ideas.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Art Director with strong conceptual thinking and high-quality creative execution.
• Ability to translate strategy and business challenges into engaging visual ideas.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of design principles, visual storytelling, and multi-channel creative development.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a Copywriter to transform briefs into compelling creative solutions.
• Develop ideas rooted in audience insight, focusing on accessibility and inclusion in the user journey.
• Present and defend creative work with clear rationale to clients and internal teams.
• Lead projects from concept to delivery, collaborating with Designers, Animators, Filmmakers, Illustrators and partners.
• Create high-quality work across print, social, digital, experiential, film and new platforms.
• Bring strong visual perspective to inspire designers and teams to craft effective solutions.
• Explore emerging technologies, including generative AI, to enhance ideation and prototyping when appropriate.
