As the most senior art lead, you’ll mentor juniors, collaborate with designers, copywriters, strategists and the client service team, and push for standout campaigns that resonate with B2B audiences and clients like GE, Microsoft and LinkedIn.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an Art Direction role, preferably in an agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of powerful, original concepts that address client objectives and elevate brands within the B2B space.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, to ensure creative excellence and strategic alignment.
• Oversee the visual direction of projects from concept to completion, ensuring outputs meet the highest creative standards.
