Job summary

Ledger Bennett are seeking a Senior Art Director for B2B advertising campaigns. You will lead concept development, collaborate with designers, copywriters, strategists and client services, and guide the team to deliver standout B2B creative concepts.

The role offers potential growth to Creative Director and involves embracing AVA, the Havas proprietary AI platform, while maintaining high visual standards across media.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an Art Direction role, preferably within an agency environment.
• A suite of work you’ve produced you’d be happy to talk us through.
• Experience of working in a B2B agency is advantage but not essential.

• Partner seamlessly with cross-functional teams, to ensure creative excellence and strategic alignment.
• Using a visual attention to detail across our work.
• Oversee the visual direction of projects from concept to completion, ensuring all outputs meet the highest creative standards.
• We are embracing the best ai tools on the market to enable creative to express their concepts. You would be expected to have a working knowledge of some tools and be prepared to embrace AVA – the Havas proprietary ai platform.
• Mentor and inspire junior team members, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Art Director with a passion for B2B creative and storytelling. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of our B2B creative output, responsible for developing innovative and impactful concepts across a wide range of media. As the most Senior Art Director in the team, there is scope for growth. This position

Could suit someone who has an ambition to become a Creative Director.
You'll collaborate with designers, copywriters, strategists and the client service team to bring B2B creative concepts to life through creative concepts. You’ll need:

• 5+ years of experience in an Art Direction role, preferably within an agency environment.

The technical bit:

• Whilst you will be supported by our design team, we need an Art Director who can visualise using digital tools:
• Adobe Creative Suite: Proficient in all key Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• A working knowledge of the mainstream visual ai tools.
