As an Art Director at AXON, you’ll be responsible for conceptual and design solutions to meet marketing strategies from concept to completion. The Art Director will be someone who can lead and inspire award-winning creative thinking, maintaining and setting new standards for the agency. You’ll work within an integrated team to make sure briefs are killer. You’ll help them see the opportunity in every piece of work that comes in, large or small - making sure experiences, campaigns and all work are outstanding. Additionally, you will also work closely with medical and copywriting to develop and oversee campaigns that are coherent, cohesive, and impactful. To be chosen for this role, you’ll need to be an expert in design and art direction within the healthcare sector and someone who provokes the thinking, and the briefs, to bring out the best in the wider team. You’ll be an influential creative voice in the agency, championing great work and setting the bar to which we all strive. We are also looking for someone who has amazing client-facing skills, someone who can help us with new business opportunities and ultimately help us achieve our planned growth goals for the future.
You will have a proactive and perceptive approach to internal and external relationships and be able to demonstrate diplomacy, enthusiasm and honesty at all times.
