Burberry is looking for a talented Senior Art Director to join the Marketing team. In this position you will be a key contributor within the Art Direction team, whose role is to initiate and develop the creative strategy and delivery of a wide portfolio of marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for leading briefs end-to-end, working across model, stills and video shoots, managing external relationships with photographers, stylists and designers in addition to working closely within the wider internal marketing function. You will ensure each shoot is creatively powerful and aligns to our overarching brand vision, plus meets business goals and achieves optimal commercial impact.
Extensive creative and on set experience in luxury fashion production and/or design environments, with strong artistic abilities, a keen eye for design and typography, and a clear understanding of current fashion trends and their visual translation.
Established relationships with creative collaborators and proven ability to build effective partnerships with other teams, including experience working on-set.
Strong leadership skills that foster positive team dynamics and a supportive environment.
Excellent communication skills— verbal, written, and visual — with a proven ability to clearly articulate ideas and meet project deadlines.
Technically proficient in industry-standard software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.), with strong time management, workflow organization, and scheduling capabilities.
