Our client, a highly reputable housing developer/builder, is seeking an Architectural Technologist/Technician to join their established and experienced team in the Technical Design Department. The candidate will work either in private practice, providing architectural services to housing developers, or directly for a developer.

Person Specification:

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 5+ years of experience in the housing/residential sector.
• Proficiency in producing detailed architectural construction packages using AutoCAD.
• Experience in preparing, submitting, and managing planning applications.
• On-site liaison experience with engineers, contractors, and local authorities.
• Experience in preparing site layouts is a plus but not essential.
