Job summary

Hunter Dunning Ltd is working with a collaborative small architectural practice on new-build and retrofit projects for schools and NHS environments. You will develop and coordinate technical information across RIBA Stages 4-6 and resolve complex construction details during live site delivery.

You’ll collaborate with architects, building surveyors and technologists, applying Building Regulations, HTMs and HBNs, and you will be comfortable communicating with clients and on-site trades.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and coordinate technical information across live projects.
• Strong live-site construction knowledge and detailing.
• Coordination of technical packages across complex projects.
• Familiar with Building Regulations, HTMs and HBNs.
• Experience on school and NHS projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit LT and SketchUp.
• Clear communication with clients, consultants and on-site trades.
• Experience collaborating with Architects, Building Surveyors and Technologists.
