Job summary

Qualifications
- Qualified Architect/Technologist/Technician with UK practice experience.
- Minimum of 5 years’ UK architectural experience.
- Proficient in Revit and delivering live projects.
- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects through RIBA stages.
- Produce and coordinate technical drawings using Revit.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors throughout project delivery.
- Attend site visits and design team meetings.
- Respond to technical and construction queries.
- Produce construction details and ensure Building Regulations compliance.
- Collaborate within residential team to deliver projects on programme.
