Job Description:

Our client, a growing architectural practice based in Worthing, is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join its expanding team. The successful candidate will work on a variety of projects within the residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors, primarily focusing on design and delivery.

• Work on residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders
• Produce technical details and drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
• Assist with resolving issues promptly
• Work across all RIBA project stages
• Develop project briefs and manage project progression
• Conduct site visits and produce reports
• Minimum 5 years' relevant UK experience
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
• Residential sector experience is highly advantageous
• High technical ability
• Based in or around Worthing
• Ability to mentor colleagues
• Revit and AutoCAD knowledge is highly advantageous
