Bennett and Game currently have the pleasure of representing well established Architectural Practise based near Swansea who are seeking an ambitious Senior Architectural Technologist to join their tight knit team.

Our client offers a range of services assisting with all aspects of a project, whilst putting the sustainability of a project at the forefront. The successful Architectural Technologist will be working closely alongside the Director and senior members of the team, supporting with all RIBA Stages throughout a variety of projects. Throughout the years they have developed specialism within a variety of sectors, including both small to large scale residential and commercial projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Architectural Technologist to not only progress their career up to senior level, to also have an impact on the company's progression.

• Competitive salary ranging between £35,000 to £50,000 depending on experience

• Working on a variety of small-scale Residential projects
• Daily usage of Revit and AutoCAD software
• Producing technical drawings
• Working closely coordinating within a team as well as independently
• Completing planning applications
• Taking measurements and checking progress on site visits
• Support junior members of staff
• Minimum of 3+ years industry experience
• Proficient working with both Revit (required), good knowledge of AutoCAD
• Experience working within a variety of sector including both the Residential and Commercial sector
• Ability to lead a project and support junior members of staff (preferred)
• Live in a commutable distance of Swansea
• Working on projects from inception through to completion
• Experience working on framework projects would be beneficial
