A well-established Architectural and Project Management Consultancy with a focus on industrial and commercial projects is looking to expand its team with an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to lead project delivery.

Senior Architectural Technologist Job Overview

• Lead projects independently across all RIBA stages, ensuring successful delivery within time and budget constraints.
• Engage directly with clients from the outset, taking briefs and translating them into workable design solutions.
• Develop feasibility schemes in collaboration with architects and refine architectural designs.
• Ensure designs comply with UK Building Regulations.
• Utilize Revit for design and documentation, with experience in the software highly advantageous.
• Act as Principal Designer when required.
• Prepare and submit planning applications and liaise with Building Control for approvals.

Job Requirements

• Prior experience working on Commercial or Industrial schemes.
• Exposure across all RIBA stages.
• Ability to manage projects independently.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Technologist or Senior.
• Residency within a commutable distance of Stamford.
