Job summary

Bennett And Game Recruitment is seeking a Senior Architect to join a leading Nottingham consultancy. You will work on residential, commercial and industrial projects, taking designs from inception to completion and coordinating with clients and professionals.

The role offers up to £55,000 plus a 3-day hybrid work pattern, 5% pension, cycle to work, and 25 days of annual leave. ARB/RIBA Chartered status and Revit/AutoCAD proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• ARB/RIBA Chartered Architect status required.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Live within a commutable distance of Nottingham.
• Strong design, presentation and report writing skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Work on large-scale projects across Residential, Commercial and Industrial sectors.
• Liaise with other professionals and clients to develop project briefs.
• Develop project briefs from inception to completion.
• Produce high-quality design for a range of projects.
• Meet with professionals and clients to agree project briefs and deliverables.
• Maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients and coordinate design teams.
