Our client's office is based in Sheffield, where they are looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their expanding team. They are focusing on student accommodation projects. They offer a competitive salary of up to £45,000, hybrid working, training/support, holiday, and pension scheme. This role is suitable for an ambitious Architectural Technologist seeking a step up to a Senior role.

Our client has long-standing presence in the area with a wide client base and regular repeat business on large-scale developments. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking team of Architects, Engineers, Masterplanners, Interior Designers, and Structural Engineers. The team is based at their modern Head Office in Sheffield with hybrid working options. You will work on multiple projects, including high-rise developments.

• Manage projects within budget
• Prepare tender and construction drawings and specifications
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to meet project goals
• Collaborate to ensure designs meet building codes and regulations
• Stay updated with building regulations and industry practices
• Manage projects across all RIBA Stages
• Develop designs into working drawings
• Coordinate tender and construction packages
• Provide technical advice on user/site specifications

Requirements include:

• Within a commutable distance of Sheffield
• 5+ years UK experience as an Architectural Technologist
• Good Revit knowledge (training available)
• Motivated, team-oriented individual
• Experience in residential/student accommodation projects is advantageous
• Strong technical skills
• Ability to manage projects across RIBA Stages
