Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join an award-winning Architectural Practice based in Romsey. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist to work for a market leader.

Key Requirements

1. Minimum of 5 years' UK-based experience working on residential projects
2. Experience with Revit or AutoCAD
3. Good knowledge of building regulations and M4 (CAT 2&3) & Nationally Described Space Standards (favourable)
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Full UK driving license
6. Live within a commutable distance of Romsey, considering hybrid working arrangements

Responsibilities

1. Preparing masterplans and drawings for submission
2. Abiding by building regulations at all times
3. Assisting and mentoring junior team members
4. Working on residential and mixed-use projects
5. Participating in presentations
