Senior Architectural Technologist Job in Durham, Northeast

Senior Architectural Technologist job now available, joining an established practice with a seriously strong pipeline of projects, including heritage, healthcare, residential and education projects. This role offers up to £50,000 and flexible working.

This company was established over 45 years ago, with a large portion of its work coming through from repeat business. This role will be working alongside the building surveying and interior design teams from concept to completion of projects.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with building regulations
  • Produce detailed technical drawings and manage project documentation
  • Work on a diverse range of projects, including listed buildings and new build projects across a range of sectors.
  • Liaise with local authorities, contractors, and clients
  • Conduct site meetings and resolve any on-site issues

Required Skills & Experience

  • MCIAT membership preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently
  • Experience managing projects on-site and answering queries that may come up.
