• Strong capability in design and delivery.

Senior Architectural Technologist

Salary up to & around GBP50,000 depending on experience

We are working closely with an expanding Architectural practice with a portfolio of flagship and award-winning projects. These include bespoke housing, care homes, glamping sites, and adventure parks.

About the practice

With 20 years of experience establishing themselves in the Midlands, this practice works nationwide and is looking to expand its team. They seek an ambitious and versatile Senior Architectural Technologist with experience in the residential sector, including house schemes, care homes, and residential lodges.

Having recently secured a large scheme valued at approximately GBP300M, you could lead the design and delivery of projects within this scheme. The role requires strong on-site design support experience, confidence with technical design packages, and proficiency with drawings through RIBA stages 4 to 6.

The practice has a diverse portfolio, winning awards for their designs, and offers projects in high-end residential, leisure, healthcare, commercial, and heritage sectors. They utilize the latest technologies, including Revit, and can support your chartership aspirations, especially if you are a CIAT member.
