Job Title: Senior Architectural Technologist

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

Location: Remote (Must be commutable to sites in London)

We are working with an established multidisciplinary consultancy serving the residential sector in the UK for over 30 years. They have multiple sites, including in London, and require a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their London-based team. The role is fully remote but requires proximity to London sites.

You will require:

  • Minimum of 5 years residential/housing experience in the UK
  • Experience with traditional design and Design & Build Contracts
  • MCIAT qualification preferred
  • Knowledge and experience in AutoCAD
  • Knowledge and experience in Revit (desirable)
  • Strong technical ability in all forms of construction
  • Experience with Building and Planning regulations
