Job description

Job Title: Senior Architectural Technologist
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
Location: Huddersfield


We're working with an established and successful multidisciplinary consultancy, providing services across a range of disciplines for clients in the residential sector. Having been established over 30 years ago, they have over three decades of experience developing a strong reputation across the UK.


Requirements:
  1. Knowledge and experience in AutoCAD.
  2. Knowledge and experience in Revit (desirable).
  3. Proven experience in a design office.
  4. A strong technical ability in all forms of construction.
  5. Experience in Building and Planning regulations/procedures.
  6. Good communication and written articulation skills.
  7. A team player with the determination to drive projects forward.
  8. A personal presence and well-developed leadership skills to support and assist more junior members of the team.
