Job Description:

Our client, a well-established Architectural Practice based in Chorley, Lancashire are seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their growing team and apply their expertise, skills, and professionalism to a number of exciting projects. The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will be working within the health sector; however, our client also works on projects in a variety of other sectors. The ideal Senior Architectural Technologist will also have a good knowledge of Revit.

Responsibilities:

• Design/work on projects within the Healthcare Sector and a variety of other sectors
• Assist junior members of the team
• Lead a design/technical team
• Produce drawings, models, and schedules using Revit
• Ensure all documentation is accurate
• Develop designs into working drawings
• Submission of planning/building regulations
• Work on projects throughout all RIBA stages

Minimum Requirements:

• Live within a commutable distance to Chorley
• 5 years' relevant experience within a UK-based company
• Healthcare experience advantageous
• Knowledge of Revit advantageous
• Ability to take initiative
• Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic
• Ability to work independently and within a team
