I am looking for a passionate Senior Architectural Technologist with excellent knowledge of UK building regulations to join a friendly team in Birmingham. The well-established practice provides services from project initiation to completion on commercial, residential and listed buildings. The team have a great reputation for outstanding service and enjoy providing innovative, client-led designs.

The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will have significant experience post qualification and will have excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations. You will be confident managing your own workload and working through all RIBA stages. AutoCAD and Revit proficiency is essential.

Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

• Relevant degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
• Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
• CIAT accredited, or working towards accreditation
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
