Job Title: Senior Architectural technologist

Salary: £38,000 – £45,000

They are on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Architectural Technologist to lead on a range of high-profile projects for their Billericay studio.

Daily Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

• Provide technical design services and project management to a range of sectors
• Produce feasibility reports for clients
• Carry out site visits and ensure compliance is achieved
• Produce building regulations and planning applications
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and other authorities
• Prepare design drawings for competitive tender
• Deliver the technical and co-ordination aspects of projects and ensure successful delivery

Requirements for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

• BSc within Architectural Technology
• Significant post qualification experience within a UK practice
• MCIAT registered or working towards it
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
• Experience working on projects across a broad range of sectors
• Job running experience
• Strong technical and design skills
• Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
