Salary: £38-42,000 DOE

Daily Duties:
* Leading the technical delivery of complex projects across multiple sectors
* Producing and overseeing the preparation of coordinated technical drawings and construction packages
* Liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities
* Managing and submitting planning and building regulations applications
* Conducting site inspections, ensuring compliance, quality control, and technical accuracy
* Driving project delivery in line with programme, budget, and design objectives
The Ideal Candidate:
* Holds a relevant qualification in architectural technology or a related discipline
* Extensive UK experience at a senior level, with a proven track record in technical delivery
* Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
* In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations, standards, and construction detailing
* Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
* Ability to manage and mentor junior team members while overseeing multiple projects
* Sector experience in retail, logistics, and commercial architecture is highly desirable
