Location: Manchester

Salary: £38-42,000 DOE

A nationally recognised, award-winning architectural practice is seeking a Senior-Level Architectural Technician/ Technologist to join its thriving Manchester office. Daily Duties:

• Leading the technical delivery of complex projects across multiple sectors
• Producing and overseeing the preparation of coordinated technical drawings and construction packages
• Liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities
• Managing and submitting planning and building regulations applications
• Conducting site inspections, ensuring compliance, quality control, and technical accuracy
• Driving project delivery in line with programme, budget, and design objectives

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a relevant qualification in architectural technology or a related discipline
• Extensive UK experience at a senior level, with a proven track record in technical delivery
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
• In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations, standards, and construction detailing
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to manage and mentor junior team members while overseeing multiple projects
• Sector experience in retail, logistics, and commercial architecture is highly desirable
