Senior Architectural Technician/ Technologist

Salary: £38-45,000 DOE

Daily Duties:
Lead the preparation of detailed technical packages across all RIBA stagesManage and coordinate with external consultants, clients, and internal teamsProvide technical oversight on multiple live projects simultaneouslyEnsure compliance with UK Building Regulations and best practicesDevelop and manage Revit models for coordination and deliverySupport and mentor junior staff members within the studioConduct site visits, attend meetings, and resolve on-site technical issues
Ideal Candidate:
Degree qualified in Architectural Technology or similar disciplineSubstantial UK industry experience in a similar roleProficient in Revit and confident working in a BIM environment (essential)Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailingExperience delivering medium to large-scale projects, especially through technical and delivery stagesExcellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilitiesConfident working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
