About The Role

We are seeking enthusiastic, experienced Senior Architectural Technicians to join our busy team. We are working on a wide range of sector projects at various RIBA Stages, particularly stages 3-5.

The Senior Architectural Technician will plan, research, and manage detailed design work through RIBA Stages 3-5, undertaking design and technical responsibilities in an integrated manner. They will ensure high-quality information production, compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and legislation, including the Building Safety Act 2022.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Architectural Technician will ensure the application of technology in producing detailed architectural design information, specializing in product research, construction techniques, and technical legislation. They will produce accurate detail drawings and schedules using Revit and NBS Chorus, from RIBA Stage 2 to 6, and mentor technical staff.

Skills and Experience
  • Architectural Technology Degree or equivalent
  • 6+ years post-qualification experience
  • Portfolio demonstrating design, detailing, and work package production across multiple sectors and RIBA stages
  • Proficiency in Revit and NBS Chorus
  • Experience with BIM standards in a collaborative environment
  • Proactive, passionate about delivering high-quality solutions
  • Confident in client meetings and presentations
  • Highly organized and able to work under pressure
