Salary: GBP40,000 - GBP45,000

This is a great opportunity to join a creative architectural and urban design practice who deliver expert design services across numerous sectors. They are on the lookout for an Experienced Senior Architectural Technician to lead on various commercial, education, and healthcare projects for their team in Stockport.

To be successful in applying for this role, a Senior Architectural Technician will need to possess a minimum of 5 years' experience as an Architect Technician. A Senior Architect will be proficient with Revit and have working experience within the education sector.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:

1. 5 years working experience after completing a relevant architecture degree
2. Strong working knowledge of the Education sector, in particular the priority school design process
3. Good design skills for educational projects such as small extensions and large-scale new build developments
4. Experience working across the commercial and healthcare sector would be beneficial
5. Proficiency with Revit software
6. Deliver on multi sector projects across the UK
7. Work within the Education Team on technical projects from the planning stage through to New Build delivery
8. Live within a commutable distance to the Stockport area
