Overview

I am looking for a Senior Architectural Technician for my architect client on a permanent basis. They have been established for over 45 years, with particular expertise in the residential and retirement sectors. Their work includes masterplanning urban extensions for mixed-use communities, residential scheme development, extra care housing, care homes and retirement villages.

The role will involve interpreting client briefs and the production of working drawings and technical documents whilst complying with the latest legislation. The senior architectural technician assists with the delegation of projects to technicians, oversees timescales and quality control, and liaises with clients and external parties.
