This role is suitable for an experienced Senior Architectural Technician with residential experience.
- Produce working drawings and technical documents
- Handle daily project delegation
- Manage timelines and quality control
- Work within a dedicated technical team
- Communicate directly with clients
- At least 5 years post-qualification experience
- Experience with large UK housing developers
- Knowledge of UK building regulations
- Experience managing a small team
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
