Job Description:

An independent building consultancy, structured as an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), is seeking a talented and proactive Senior Architectural Technician to join their growing team. About the Role:

This is a broad and varied position, ideal for someone with a solid background in the built environment who can confidently manage multiple projects from concept to completion. You’ll play a key role in delivering projects that exceed both client and company expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce planning and construction drawing sets using AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Assist in the preparation of Design & Access Statements.
  • Develop technical specifications in collaboration with the building surveyor.
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant building regulations and planning policies.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure designs align with briefs and budgets.
  • Specify appropriate materials suited to each project.
  • Attend client meetings and undertake site inspections as needed.
