The Senior Architectural Technician Role:

A well-respected, award-winning developer in the Leeds area has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technician to join the growing team on a permanent basis. This developer prides itself on building high-quality homes and is experiencing significant growth.

Our client has an exceptional pipeline of work and seeks someone with a minimum of 3 years' experience from a house builder or architectural practice, working on projects from early planning stages through to completion.

The suitable candidate will have excellent Revit skills, be comfortable producing high-quality drawing packages, and coordinating these packages during the construction stage. This role offers progression and personal development opportunities, including supervising junior members of the architectural team to ensure quality is maintained throughout the process.

To be considered for the Senior Architectural Technician position:

• At least 3 years' experience as an Architectural Technician (or equivalent), ideally on new build residential projects
• Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations
• Architectural-related degree or similar
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
