Having experienced consistent growth over recent years, they are now seeking an ambitious Architectural Technician with a genuine passion for the sector to join their team.
In this role you will take on a variety of responsibilities, splitting your time between the office, occasional site visits, and working from home after a successful probation period. Within the role you will be assisting with the tender documents and submissions. You will also be preparing and presenting design proposals and carrying out detailed design stage risk assessments whilst liaising with the Principal Design and Contractor. Finally, amongst other responsibilities you will be leading the design process where you will be visiting sites to ensure the project is in line with the specifications.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Architectural Technician who is proficient in Revit and has had some exposure to healthcare or care home projects. As well as looking to join and be part of a collaborative team environment and wants to play an active role in a company's success.
