We are a busy Practice seeking experienced, motivated, and ambitious Senior Architects/Architects with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in historic buildings and estates. Join us to work on a variety of exciting projects across the UK from our offices in London and Leamington Spa. The ideal candidate will be able to oversee high-profile complex projects on sensitive sites, coordinate project teams, manage design teams, and collaborate with our experienced, dedicated staff in a friendly, award-winning environment.

Required skills and experience:

• A background in historic building conservation.
• Excellent design and strong technical skills.
• Strong and clear communication abilities.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with all project stages and administration of historic building contracts, ideally with project values upwards of £1.5 million.
• AABC or RIBA conservation accreditation is an advantage.
