Job summary

Alfred Recruitment LLP is assisting a respected UK architectural practice with a Senior Architect opening in Birmingham or Oxford. The role focuses on technically demanding projects across commercial, industrial, logistics, retail and mixed-use sectors, using Revit and BIM to deliver architectural solutions throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• ARB registration and a recognised UK architectural qualification are required.
• Senior Architect / Project Architect level with strong post-qualification experience.
• Excellent Revit skills and a strong understanding of BIM."
• Proven experience delivering projects through technical stages and good detailing knowledge.
• Strong communication and coordination within multidisciplinary teams and with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to projects through RIBA Stages 3–5.
• Develop and coordinate detailed architectural information.
• Produce and review technical drawings and specifications.
• Work closely with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams.
• Coordinate architectural information within multidisciplinary project teams.
• Support junior members of the team and contribute to technical development.
• Help ensure projects are delivered to programme, budget and required quality standards.
• Utilise Revit and BIM as a key part of project delivery.
