Principle Designer/Senior Architect

My Architectural client is looking for a Principle Designer/Senior Architect to join them on a permanent basis.

Requirements:

• Oversee the Principal Designer duties across multiple residential projects (100+ Dwellings)
• Manage and mentor a team of skilled Technicians and designers.
• Prepare and review information and documents for planning applications.
• Strong team leadership and client facing skills.
• In-depth Knowledge of the design and planning process.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• OnSite 5 days a week.
