Senior Architect – Oracle Fusion

A brilliant opportunity to join a scaling organisation as their Senior Oracle Architect.

You will own the oracle platform working as an Oracle Fusion Solutions Architect with expertise in finance, project management, shared services, and process automation.

Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Guidance: Assess client needs, develop technology roadmaps, and advise on best practices for finance operations (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, PPM, EPM, and Financial Reporting).
  2. Business Case Development: Partner with finance leaders to quantify value, validate, and develop business cases.
  3. Experience: 8+ years in Oracle Fusion solution design and implementation in global finance shared services.
  4. Qualifications: Strong consulting background with a track record of delivering measurable ROI.
  5. Technical Knowledge: Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, PPM, and Reporting).
  6. Integration: Experience integrating Oracle Fusion with other ERP systems.
  7. Technologies: Proficiency in cloud technologies and SaaS implementations.
  8. Leadership Skills: Leadership and stakeholder management, with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Additional Responsibilities

  1. Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather requirements, design solutions, and align technology with business needs and regulations.
  2. Solution Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Fusion-based financial solutions integrated with business strategies.
  3. Technology Leadership: Oversee the entire solution lifecycle, including requirements, architecture, development, testing, and deployment.
  4. Continuous Improvement: Drive post-implementation reviews and recommend innovations to optimize systems and processes.
  5. Project Delivery: Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and risks for major finance transformation initiatives.
