Job summary

Cass Design Consulting, the design arm of the DLP Group, is based from our Liverpool City Centre office. We are seeking a Senior Architect with +5 years post-qualification experience to deliver residential and commercial projects across the Northwest and nationally. You will work with our in-house multidisciplinary team and participate in ongoing CPD, performance reviews, and chartership support. As part of the Employee Ownership Trust, staff wellbeing and development are priorities.

Qualifications

• Qualified Architect with +5 years post-qualification experience.
• Able to lead and manage projects across residential and commercial sectors.
• Committed to CPD and career development within an Employee Ownership Trust.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects across all RIBA stages.
• Prepare quotations and tender submissions.
• Produce detailed drawings, specs and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and internal teams.
• Chair meetings, record minutes and actions.
• Inspect sites to ensure quality and compliance.
• Hold a full UK driver's licence.
