Qualifications

• 8+ years post-Part III experience.
• Strong Revit capability or BIM experience.
• Experience across all RIBA Stages.
• Experience with large client bodies or complex consultant teams.
• Genuine interest in sustainability embedded in design thinking.
• Exposure to education, cultural, heritage, life sciences, or large commercial projects.
• Comfortable with autonomy and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver design-led projects across education, cultural heritage, and specialist sectors.
