Job Title: Senior Architect

Location: Liverpool

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

This is an excellent opportunity to join of the UK's leading multidisciplinary practices who provide expert design services to the residential and commercial sector. They are in need of an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Architect to lead and deliver on a range of high profile projects across the UK for their Liverpool studio.

Duties for the role of Senior Architect:

* Lead and deliver on residential and commercial projects from inception through to completion

* Carry out site inspections to ensure technical compliance is achieved

* Administer JCT minor work contract and RIBA domestic contracts

* Produce detailed drawing packages, specifications and construction documentations

* Carry out chairing meetings, as well as liaising with clients, contractors and other external team members

* Prepare quotations and tender submissions

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:

* ARB registered

* Significant post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice

* Experience managing projects within the residential and commercial sector

* Experience working across all RIBA work stages

* Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit

* Excellent drawing and detailing skills

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Full UK drivers license
