Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage higher education and lab projects through all RIBA stages
  • Confidently engage in technical discussions and collaborate with contractors, consultants, and clients
  • Coordinate project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget
  • Ensure compliance with sector-specific standards, regulations, and construction requirements
  • Support the progression of projects from concept through to construction completion
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development initiatives

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience managing higher education and laboratory projects
  • Strong ability to lead project delivery and stakeholder engagement
  • In-depth knowledge of sector regulations and building standards
  • Excellent communication skills, able to hold your own in technical discussions
