Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd is seeking 2 Senior Architects for a busy AJ100 practice in central Manchester. The role combines design and technical delivery on tall residential schemes, with a new high-rise development reaching a key stage.

You will lead design decisions and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams. Ideal candidates are ARB/RIBA qualified with 5+ years post-qualification, proven tall buildings experience, and strong Revit and AutoCAD skills.

Qualifications

• ARB/RIBA qualified architect with professional registration.
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience.
• Tall residential buildings experience is required.
• Strong design and technical detailing capabilities.
