Qualifications

• Proven experience in the High-rise Residential or Housing Sector.
• Experience with Design and Build contracts.
• Full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Working across RIBA stages 2-6 on refurbishment and new build schemes.
• Lead a small design/technical team.
• Production of planning, building control and construction issue drawings.

Skills

Proficient in either Revit or AutoCAD

Strong knowledge of Building and Planning Regulations

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Education

ARB registered or RIBA Chartered Architect
